The coast is our classroom.
Blue School Ventura is a forest school for children ages 4–6, rooted on the California coast. We’re outside every day. Rain or shine. Fog or sun. Shoes on. Shoes off. Sometimes soaking wet. Our kids climb, build, dig, hike, surf, swim, make things, get muddy, ask big questions and learn to understand the wild place they call home. This is childhood rewilded.

Farm Days
We are a fully outdoor microschool. Once a week, rather than exploring the coast we explore a local microfarm and orange grove. Filled with orange trees, avocados, california citrus, and fresh veggies, our 1/2 acre property teaches children how to care for the land and for themselves.
